Former Secretary General and Presidential Affairs ministerMomodou Sabally, Monday was arraigned before the High Court in Banjul. The onetime power Sabally had already spend 5 weeks in detention at the NIA offices. State prosecutors slammed him with one count of economic crime and two counts of abuse of office.
