Cameroun-Massacre de Ngarbuh : le rapport qui accable l’armée
D’après une enquête de Human Right Watch, des soldats ont délibérément tué des civils le 14 février dans ce village du Nord-ouest du Cameroun. Les militaires les accusaient de soutenir les séparatistes. 21 personnes ont été tuées, dont 13 enfants et une femme enceinte.
